Context – gaming

I never was super into these guys, but into them enough that they were my first concert.  I will always have a soft spot for “Spaz’s House Destruction Party”, “Die for Your Government”, and “New Army”, but their tendency to preach, which is a big part of their selling point, gets real old real fast.  Unless I have the fire of righteous indignation burning through my political beliefs, then this shit is perfect.

Even so, this is really tame for a punk album.  Like disappointingly so.  I imagine it’s hard to keep the fire burning this late in the game, but it’s never too late to take your ball and go home.  Especially if the game isn’t fun anymore.  I’m not sure how much fun they’re having, but I had almost no fun listening to this.
